How to read bonus and turnover conditions

Understand the calculation basis, game contribution, expiry and restrictions before accepting a promotion.

What does a turnover requirement mean?

It is an amount of qualifying wagering specified by an offer. The multiplier alone is not enough: you also need the amount it applies to, eligible games and the deadline. Completing turnover does not guarantee a withdrawal or a profit.

A worked example

These numbers are illustrative, not a current SGW1N offer. Suppose a deposit is 100 units, a bonus is 20 units and the multiplier is 10.

Written conditionCalculationRequired qualifying turnover
10 × bonus10 × 20200 units
10 × deposit plus bonus10 × (100 + 20)1,200 units

If a game contributes 20%, a 10-unit qualifying stake counts as 2 units toward turnover under that example. Confirm how the actual offer defines qualifying stakes; do not assume every bet counts.

Keep the terms that applied

Save the full written offer with its date before accepting. If the banner and detailed terms disagree, ask for clarification first. See promotion enquiries for current SGW1N offer headlines and the conditions to confirm.
