Start with the format and the exact title
A platform name is not a game rulebook. Before opening a game, identify its title, format and provider in the current lobby. Then read the rules shown for that version.
| Format | Information to locate | Useful detail for support |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | Paytable, stake controls, feature rules and bonus conditions | Exact title and the feature or error in question |
| Table games | Rules for the specific variation and each available bet | Game variation and the action you attempted |
| Live casino | Table rules, entry timing, limits and round history | Table name, round reference and time |
| Q4Luck | Round date, points total, entry confirmation and results | Relevant date and entry status in Summary |
Slots: read the feature description
Two games with similar artwork can have different conditions. Check how the current game describes its symbols, features and stake settings. An old promotional image is not a substitute for the current paytable.
Table games: check the version
The main game and optional side bets can have separate rules. Read each rule before selecting it. A familiar game name does not establish that all tables use the same conditions.
Live casino: keep the round context
A delayed video stream alone does not tell you whether an action was accepted. Check the recorded history and include a round reference when asking support to investigate. Read the live-table checklist.
Q4Luck: a separate points experience
Q4Luck uses four-digit numbers and in-game points, with its own account and results. It is introduced separately from the platform directory. See Q4Luck features and getting started for the registration and support-confirmation flow.
Availability and offers are separate questions
A provider may advertise a game that is not available in your account. Ask about the exact title. If using an offer, confirm whether that game qualifies and how it contributes before accepting the terms.
Next: find a platform, read offer calculations, or prepare an account enquiry.
Common questions
Does a platform listing confirm every game is available?
No. Check the current account lobby and ask support about a specific title.
Are Q4Luck records part of my casino-platform account?
Q4Luck uses its own website and account flow. Review its Summary and Results views separately.
